GOVERNANCE
ETHICS & COMPLIANCE
Our standards define how we select engagements, protect information, manage conflicts, and raise concerns across THE TACT GROUP.
These standards describe THE TACT GROUP’s current expectations for lawful and responsible conduct. They do not represent an external certification, regulatory approval, or independent audit. Their application remains subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Legality & Human Rights
Services, training, and operational support are planned and delivered in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and respect for human rights.
Each engagement is reviewed according to its purpose, jurisdiction, authority, scope, and operating environment before work begins.
Anti-Bribery & Improper Influence
THE TACT GROUP rejects bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, and any attempt to obtain an improper business or operational advantage.
Gifts, hospitality, sponsorships, commissions, and third-party relationships must remain lawful, proportionate, transparent, and appropriately documented.
Confidentiality & Information Protection
Client, personnel, operational, and commercial information is shared only with those who require access for an authorized purpose.
Confidentiality, secure handling, and appropriate data-protection obligations continue during and after each engagement.
Personnel & Partner Standards
Operating companies, specialists, instructors, contractors, and strategic partners are expected to meet role-appropriate standards for competence, conduct, readiness, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
Specific requirements depend on the assignment, jurisdiction, contractual responsibility, and operating environment.
Conflicts of Interest
Actual or potential conflicts must be disclosed and assessed before or during an engagement.
THE TACT GROUP will decline, separate, or restructure work when independence, confidentiality, professional judgment, or client interests risk being compromised.
Responsible Client & Engagement Acceptance
THE TACT GROUP reviews the client, purpose, location, requested activity, authority, and risk profile before accepting an engagement.
Work is declined when the purpose, requested conduct, operating conditions, or authority conflict with applicable law, ethical standards, safety requirements, or the group’s professional responsibilities.
Raising a Concern
Clients, personnel, contractors, and strategic partners may report suspected misconduct, unethical conduct, conflicts, confidentiality concerns, or other compliance matters.
Reports are handled discreetly, documented, and reviewed by a person who is not directly involved in the matter whenever feasible.
Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited.
